Dr. Josiana Cetta, a licensed clinical psychologist, practices in Media, Pennsylvania, owns Blue Ocean Counseling and has 13 years in practice. Dr. Cetta is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, holds PSYPACT authorization, and is familiar with resources in South Jersey from earlier work in Marlton. The practice centers on anxiety disorders, OCD and neurodivergence, including autism, for children, teens, adults and families, along with ADHD, trauma, grief and learning differences. The approach is warm, collaborative and strengths-based, using CBT, cognitive therapy, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy, exposure and response prevention and social skills development, with basic training in EMDR. Daytime and evening appointments are available in person and by teletherapy.
