Information you share
When you sign in, the platform receives your account name, email address and account identifier from the authentication provider. If you create a professional listing, you choose the professional information that appears publicly. Your inquiries include the name, email address and message you submit.
How information is used
Account information supports login, saved therapists, professional listings, moderation and membership management. Inquiries are made available to the professional you contact and authorized administrators. Please do not include medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health details in an inquiry.
Public and private information
Approved professional profiles are public and may be discoverable by search engines. Your saved profiles, billing area and professional dashboard are access-controlled. Directory administrators can access account and inquiry information for platform operation.
Payments and cookies
Stripe processes subscription payments. The Therapy Hour stores the customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage membership, not your card number. Essential cookies support secure login; your browser may limit cookies in embedded experiences.
Your choices
You can edit your professional profile and remove saved therapists from your dashboard.
