Vani Rao is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Novi, Michigan, who also holds a limited licensed psychologist credential. She focuses on trauma and works with teens and adults on anxiety, depression, stress and the relationships they have with themselves and others. Her practice also covers OCD, addiction and substance use, bipolar disorder and postpartum concerns. Trained in EMDR, she works on painful memories and the negative beliefs that grew from them, and she also uses CBT, DBT, internal family systems, motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based methods.
