About

Meet Keli

Keli Laverty is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-certified dance/movement therapist in West Chester with 24 years in practice. She focuses on anxiety, trauma and eating disorders, and often works with women who seem capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking or disconnected from their bodies, including those who have done talk therapy and still feel something is missing. She also helps with body image, depression, burnout, postpartum concerns and substance use. Her work combines movement, body awareness and conversation to help regulate the nervous system and build trust in the body; no dance experience is needed. She also uses ACT, DBT and mindfulness, and can integrate Christian faith on request. Sessions are in person and online.
