About
Meet Kaylea
Kaylea Sluss is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Columbus, Ohio, with four years in practice. She works with adults, older adults, couples and groups on anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, grief, self-esteem, substance use and relationships. She especially enjoys working with neurodivergent couples and people in alternative relationship structures, and welcomes LGBTQ+ clients. Sluss helps clients understand themselves well enough to choose how they respond to life, with attention to meaning, purpose and authentic self-expression. Her approach is humanistic and reality-based, trauma-informed rather than trauma-focused, using ACT, CBT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, motivational interviewing and expressive arts. She sees clients in person in Columbus and online.
