Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Szabo is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Gilbert who works with teens, adults and older adults. She has particular training in OCD and in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and she helps clients with intrusive or obsessional thoughts, postpartum and parenting challenges, anxiety, depression and life transitions. She is also comfortable working with bipolar disorder and borderline personality. Her integrative approach draws on exposure and response prevention, DBT, CBT, ACT and motivational interviewing, offered in a nonjudgmental setting where clients can explore the roots of their struggles and build healthy coping skills.
