About
Meet Chad
Chad Allen is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minneapolis. He works with adults, older adults and couples who understand a good deal about themselves yet keep repeating patterns they have tried to change. Common concerns include depression, anxiety, trauma and painful early experiences, and relationships that leave people feeling stuck or distant, as well as a harder-to-name sense that something remains unresolved. He also works with OCD, substance use and dual diagnosis, eating disorders, dissociation and men's issues, and welcomes LGBTQ+ clients. His approach is psychodynamic and relational, informed by psychoanalytic, existential and humanistic thinking. He sees clients in person in Minneapolis and online.
